Masters Machine Company’s Swiss machines offer high-precision manufacturing with capabilities for complex parts, high-volume production, and a wide range of materials.

They are highly efficient due to their ability to perform multiple operations like turning, milling, and drilling in a single setup, which reduces cycle times and eliminates secondary processes. This results in extremely tight tolerances, often within ±0.0002″ (± 0.00508 mm), and high repeatability for consistent quality.

Our 20 mm, 32 mm, and 38 mm machines are programmed with advanced CAM Esprit software, with chucker mode and oscillation capabilities.

Our lathe machining capabilities include shaping and cutting material through processes such as turning, drilling, and facing to create symmetrical parts.

Masters Machine Company has advanced lathes that can perform more complex operations like milling and threading, often achieving high precision with a single setup. Our machines’ key capabilities range from basic tasks on manual lathes to highly precise, automated, and multi-axis operations on CNC lathes. 

Our machines are setup with oscillation cutting and can work with material with a diameter of up to 4″ (101.6 mm). Some of our machines have Y-axis capabilities on both turrets.
