in-house TOOLMAKING

Need to get a product to market quicker? Our in-house tooling experts work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to design and produce tooling that provides our machinists with accurate, tight-tolerance tools in a variety of configurations.

Masters Machine Company designs and produces in-house specialized tooling including form tools, drills, reamers, counterbores, dovetail cutters, circular cutoffs, end mills, and step drills. This reduces tooling costs to the customer and improves lead times.

Helitronic Tool Studio software combines flexibility and productivity in tool design and is used exclusively with our Walter Helitronic CNC Tool & Cutter Grinder.

Design Consultations

Masters Machine Company assists customers with product design utilizing Esprit, an intelligent cloud-enabled CAD/CAM software. This software offers accurate G-code, full machine simulation, and synchronization and optimization capabilities within a single user interface. It is also compatible with most 3D modeling software.

We provide comprehensive assistance with machining and operation sequencing, fixturing design, and cycle time calculations. Additionally, we use Alibre Design software to generate internal drawings and convert customer models for CNC equipment programming.
