Individual must have experience operating a Lathe or Swiss machine in a fast-paced, high volume manufacturing environment.
Layout and develop programs for effective machining. Design and determine tooling needed for projects. Troubleshoot, find solutions while adhering to production schedules. Setting up machines to perform various machine functions such as cutting, boring or broaching metal parts. Calculating and setting machine controls to position spindle in relationship to part and regulating factors such as cutting depth, speed, feed, and coolant flow. Using statistical process control techniques. Reading and interpreting blueprints, planning sheets, sketches, and other technical related data to determine tooling requirements, setup procedures, control settings and machining methods. Operates one or more machines while making periodic inspections of the product.
We are hiring for the following shifts:
- Monday through Thursday 4-day schedule AM shifts 6am-4:30pm, PM shifts 4:30pm – 3:00am
- Tuesday through Thursday 4-day schedule AM shifts 6am-4:30pm
- Monday through Thursday 5-day schedule 6:40am-4pm, Friday 6:40am-12pm
Masters Machine offers 10% shift differential for PM shift and also offering a $500 sign on bonus after 90 days!
