Experience is a plus, but we are ready to train the right person! You will learn the skills needed to operate one or more machines while making periodic inspections. Read and interpret blueprints, planning sheets and other technical data. Setting and installing cutting tools. An Ideal candidate has experience in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment and with a strong mechanical aptitude.
We are hiring for the following shifts:
- Monday through Thursday 4-day schedule AM shifts 6am-4:30pm, PM shifts 4:30pm – 3:00am
- Tuesday through Thursday 4-day schedule AM shifts 6am-4:30pm
- Monday through Thursday 5-day schedule 6:40am-4pm, Friday 6:40am-12pm
Masters Machine offers 10% shift differential and $750 sign on bonus for PM shift and also offering a $500 sign on bonus for AM shift after 90 days!
