The Human Resource Manager is responsible for the day-to-day HR functions. Responsibilities including recruitment, on-boarding, retention of staff, payroll, benefits administration, performance appraisals, training, and creating and enforcing policies and procedures that comply with employment laws and regulations as well as promoting a positive company culture.
